Export Documents

The South Cheshire Chamber along with operates an Export Documentation Service through which it issues European Certificates of Origin and EUR-1 Movement Certificates.

The Chamber will continue to work in partnership with Trade Partners UK and the Small Business Service to promote and develop International Trade and exporting opportunities for companies in South Cheshire.

These are often required:

• To meet customs requirements in the importing state
• To meet 'quota' requirements imposed by the importing country
• To comply with banking requirements
• For other official and commercial reasons.

In the UK, the officially designated authorities for the issue of EC Certificates of Origin are Chambers of Commerce.

An EC Certifcate of Origin is available to all businesses in the UK at a cost of £38.78 inc vat, although Chamber members receive a 50% discount.
